1. What type of clothing items are best to send for keepsake items?

Answer - Cotton based clothing works the best for keepsakes. 

 

2. How many pieces of clothes do I need to send in for my keepsake?

Answer - For BABY clothing: 8-12 items are recommended. For KIDS clothing: 6-8 items are recommended. For ADULT size clothing: 2-4 items are recommended. The more items you send helps give more variety in your keepsake's appearance!



3. What do you do with the leftover scraps? What about any unused clothes? 

Answer - Any unused clothes will be sent back with your keepsake. Leftover scraps can also be sent back with your keepsake, unless you prefer for them to be recycled. 

 

4. What are some examples of clothes I can send in?

Answer - For babies - onesies, sleepers/swaddles, leggings, dresses, bodysuits, shirts/sweaters. For kids/adults - shirts, sweaters/sweatshirts, dresses, leggings, shorts. 

 


5. How big are the keepsakes? 

Answer - Keepsake bears sit approx. 12.5in from bottom to top of the head.

Keepsake lions sit approx. 11in from bottom to the top tip of the mane. 

Keepsake lionesses sit approx. 10 in from bottom to the top of the head.

 

6. How long does it take to get my keepsake?

Answer - The current turnaround time for keepsakes is 12 weeks. This time begins once I receive your clothing items. 

 

7. What’s the best way to send in my clothes? 

Answer - First choose the clothing items you want to send. Make sure they do not have any stains/rips/marks on them that you wouldn’t want included in your keepsake. Wash & dry all items. Place them in a ziploc bag or other form of sealable plastic. Make sure to also include a note with your full name and order number. Ship this to me using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

 

8. Where do I send my clothing items to?

Answer - Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. This will have the address of where to ship your items! 


9. When should I send clothes after ordering my keepsake? 

Answer - Clothes should be sent within 30 days after placing your order. This will help to ensure that your keepsake is completed in a timely manner. Full details of how and where to send clothing to will be listed in your confirmation email. 

10. Am I able to make any special requests of parts of clothing I want to be used?

Answer - You can! Although not all special requests are guaranteed, I try to accommodate as many wherever possible. You will receive a confirmation email that has a google form to fill out and that is where you can give any special requests for keepsakes. 


11. Can keepsakes be returned?

Answer - Since keepsakes are a custom made product returns are not accepted. 

12. Do you have a cancellation or refund policy? 

Answer - You have 30 days from the time you place your order to cancel it for a full refund. Clothing items that are not sent to me within a 6-month period from your order date will also be cancelled AND considered non-refundable.
